ACE introduced the concept of using the now widely accepted and proven combination of HDPE and Stainless steel products for flood defense including penstocks and flapvalves.
ACE have developed an array of Fish friendly flapvalves and elver passage which are proving very successful and are proud to remain at the forefront by continuing to develop our eel and elver passage systems and by introducing a new range of fish friendly products including a fish siphon and strobe lights.
Waterway management is also one of ACE’s area of expertise with a wide range of ditch cleaning equipment and weed clearing boats available.
ACE, have already supplied a wide range of water control and fish friendly products to all regions of the Environment Agency (with which ACE have a framework contract), Frame Work Contractors involved with WTWs and Environment-Agency, British Waterways, Internal Drainage Boards, English Nature and the RSPB.
