Sales
Our sales team are all skilled and trained in every aspect of our equipment, each team member deals with a specific area of the country to ensure our customers get the possible service as soon as it is required. The sales team are always on call to deal with your enquires, we can either come and visit you or you can visit us.
Design
Should you be unsure on the best solution for the problem you have we are on hand to offer advice and also develop suitable designs in partnership with KWT our manufacturer and any other parties requiring an input. By working in conjunction with KWT and other parties we can be certain the best design is developed.
Project Management
To remove the headache of taking care of the installation of our equipment ACE staff are competent in project management and can deal with all aspects from start to finish. This ensures that everything is done to the highest possible standards and all rules and regulations are followed.
Installation
We have all the necessary equipment to carry out installation of our eproducts and can also offer installation supervision and guidance. So whether you want the entire package of supply and installation or specific guidance and training for your workforce we will offer the best possible service.
Consultation & Feasibility Studies
As well as offering design guidance ACE are also happy to offer guidance and consultation from the conception of new projects right through to the commissioning of the equipment. Our experienced engineering team are available for site visits and surveys, meetings and any other requirements to ensure any projects are 100% successful.
Commissioning & Training
On any projects ACE install we will always ensure the equipment is fully operational prior to handing it over to the customer, the commissioning may include the setting up of actuators, training personnel in the correct operation methods for the equipment or actuators and ensuring all personnel are aware of hazards or maintenance issues with any specific equipment.
