Digital Marketing Executive (Part time)
Part time, permanent (25-30 hours per week)
Based at ACE HQ, Rampton, NR Retford
Aquatic Control Engineering (ACE) are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the Head of Branding and Standard Sales, working on both Aquatic Control Engineering and AQUIKO brands.
Aquatic Control Engineering are a family run organisation and a leader within their sector, supplying turnkey mechanical and electrical solutions for water management, flood defence and environmental services. Aquatic Control Engineering provide Design, Manufacture, Supply and Installation services.

The Digital Marketing Executive will support marketing activity that strengthens the brands visibility and support both public and private sector engagement.
They must have B2B experience and will support the HOD by executing marketing plans that align with the business objectives, product strategy and sales priorities.
Main responsibilities:
Key areas identified within the Financial Administrator’s responsibilities but not limited to:
- Consistent delivery of marketing content across social media, website, email, and specific sales material
- Write and design LinkedIn posts from briefs, case studies, and existing website content
- Repurposing content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement
- Uploading and formatting website content, including writing meta titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text
- Continuously monitor and improve PPC campaigns
- Continuously monitor and improve SEO across both ACE and AQUIKO webpages
- Drafting and production of structured case studies, gathering information from project managers and sales teams
- Supporting the creation and updating of brochures, datasheets, and product materials
- Maintaining organised libraries of approved imagery, logos, and marketing assets
- Email campaigns; drafting, formatting, and basic performance tracking
- Assisting the Head of Branding with trade show preparation, announcements, and marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on digital platforms for outdated content, broken links, and general presentation improvements.
Essential Requirements & key skills:
- Excellent written skills that is clear and precise for technical and executive audiences
- Excellent attention to detail with digital content creation and storytelling for case study development
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and performance monitoring to improve website visibility and search performance.
- Excellent communicator in a professional and friendly approach both internally and externally (stakeholder communication)
- Excellent use of social media platforms
- Good understanding of working with PPC campaigns
- Technical Awareness of spotting content specifics
- Basic performance tracking
- Basic design skills
Aquatic Control Engineering are looking for an individual who has a positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop their career.
Experience:
3-5 years digital marketing experience within B2B
No specific industry experience; An interest in engineering, infrastructure, or technical industries would be advantageous.
Qualifications:
No specific qualifications are required
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related subject is desirable but not essential
